The Case 1150K crawler tractor has a Case 667TA/EDJ six-cylinder, Tier-3 certified engine producing 118 net horsepower (HP). It comes standard with adjustable steering options, high-performance dozer blade hydraulics, adjustable blade pitch, easily accessible service points, swing-out doors, spin-on filters, hydraulic track adjusters, and hydrostatic drive. It is equipped with an isolation-mounted rollover protection system (ROPS) and falling object protection system (FOPS) canopy.

It has a hydraulic pump that delivers fluid at a rate of 34.9 gallons (132.1 L) per minute at a system pressure of 2,830 pounds per square inch (PSI) (19,512.1 kPa).

The 1150K is available in three configurations: the extra long track (XLT) model has a track gauge of 69.6 inches (178 cm) with 24-in (61-cm) shoes; the wide track (WT) model has a track gauge of 78 in (198 cm) with 30-in (76-cm) shoes; and the low ground pressure (LGP) configuration has a 78-in (198-cm) track gauge with 34-in (86.4-cm) shoes.
