The 303C has a Mitsubishi S3Q2 water-cooled, three-cylinder engine producing 30 horsepower. It has rubber tracks.

The 303C was manufactured with an AZS or BXT serial number prefix.

The AZS unit has an operating weight of 6,655 pounds (3,025 kg). It comes standard with a dozer blade.

The DMY unit has optional steel tracks. It is available with a cab or canopy.
