Guizhou Jonyang Kinetics Co. Ltd. produces and manufactures a series of wheeled and hydraulic excavators. The company is comprised of Singapore Engineering Co.and a Chinese excavator equipment company. Together they have more than 30 years in the business of manufacturing hydraulic excavators under the Jonyang brand. Jonyang produces more than half of the materials used in its products and has established itself as an international manufacturer, distributing its products to Europe, South-East Asia, and the Middle East.

Guizhou Jonyang Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. was first established in December 1995. Although it does not boast of a long history and a series of major acquisitions, Jonyang is known for producing award-winning products. Two years after its foundation, Jonyang produced the JY-Series wheeled and hydraulic crawler excavators. Three of the models from this series were named the Zhuizhou Province brand.[1]
Through the next several years, Jonyang’s contribution to the construction industry became evident as it received awards for its excavators and crawlers. In September 1998, the JY200 crawler excavator topped the line in the 1998 National New Products category. The same model also won second prize in the Guizhou Province Technology Advancement. Jonyang patented the YUL200G high-speed excavator.
Jonyang Kinetics was officially founded in 2005 when Guizhous Jonyang joined forces with Singapore Engineering Co., both under the Jonyang brand.
In 2005, Jonyang entered into an agreement with King Equipment to allow King to distribute excavators to Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and the U.S. exclusively.[2]

[edit] Crawler Excavators
The JY35 model is most commonly used in narrow environments in construction, pipeline construction and garden maintenance applications. Its features include a 0.1 meter (m) bucket, a Yanmanr engine, swing boom, and air conditioning in the cab.
The JY400E is designed for but not limited to mining and construction projects, both urban and rural. One of Jonyang’s latest models, the tracked hydraulic excavator has a face shovel and combines main pump power and working mode to adapt to a variety of working conditions. The engine, hydraulic pump, valve, and swing motor have been imported from other suppliers.
The JY201E and JY230E crawler excavators can be used in most construction projects and are most noted for their easy use, reliability, safety, and maintenance.
The JY200-3 is one of Jonyang’s newest models. It utilizes general power negative flow control to get the most from the engine power.
[edit] Wheeled Excavators
The W4-60, used for digging and dumping applications, has a single bucket with hydraulic slewing. The steering and digging are controlled by hydraulics but the braking is controlled by pneumatics. Jonyang lists this model as highly effective in reducing costs and time in construction projects.
The JYL80 hydraulic wheel excavator is one of the latest products to be added to the Jonyang product line. A model distributed internationally, it contains a hydraulic control system and is said to be reliable and cost-efficient.
The W4-60C, JYL135C wheel excavator has a streamline shape and foldable boom with blade attachments. It runs on a diesel engine and uses a hydraulic pump.
The JYL200G hydraulic excavator can travel at speeds as high as 34 miles (54 km) per hour and has a double pump circuit hydraulic system. It also has a high carrying capacity.
The newest models to the market includes the JY400G, a hydraulic steel-grabbing machine; theYT200 blast furnace iron trough crusher; the JYL210X emergency vehicle that comprises a hydraulic plier, obstacle remover, and excavating capabilities.[3]

Jonyang still operates out of its Singapore base while distributing manufactured equipment throughout Europe, South-East Asia, and the Middle East. In addition to manufacturing equipment, Jonyang also operates a research facility, which comprises a scientific research ability lab, a production ability lab, and a modern management lab.
