Hydrostatic is related to a branch of science known as hydrodynamics that deals with static fluid or the pressure or force fluids can exert or transmit, as in the term "hydrostatic pressure."[1] Energy is released from the flow and pressure exerted from fluid, but not the kinetic energy of the flow of fluid.
